Sanctuary is a one-on-one 6 month program designed to support women in their journey of deep self care and self connection. Our work together is highly attuned to your unique soul, within a container of regular and consistent sessions. Through this program you heal, re-nourish, re-balance, and re-fill with the divine light of your own essence. Shifts occur where you need them, and you’re better able to embody and maintain those shifts. Sanctuary is a sacred container to support you along your path.

Sanctuary is available to women locally and who live elsewhere. Your journey begins with a call to explore where you are now, what’s alive for you, what feels challenging, and your hopes and dreams for yourself. We then begin designing your program. Foundational to the Sanctuary sessions is regular one-on-one energy healing sessions and intuitive insights. Our work may also include deeper intuitive reading, Soul Alignment, mentoring, psychosynthesis, and group session opportunities.

This program is grounded in re-nourishment, revitalization, and reconnection with yourSelf. Moving from depletion to deeper fullness, greater emotional balance, inner peace, rootedness, vitality, and clairty, is very possible. Return home to yourSelf, your sacred connection, your wise intuitive self, and be better able to stay connected to her.

This is a space for you to feel held- a place of retreat, nourishment, refuge, renewal, and healing. I’ve created this program to deeply support you.
