Sanctuary is a one-on-one program, a sacred container designed to support women in their journey and desire for consistent self care and sacred self connection. Our time together is attuned to your unique soul, and what’s current for you, so you receive where needed, and regularly re-nourish, re-balance, re-fill and come home to the wholeness of your own essence, light, and ground of well-being.

✥ your self care routines are so inconsistent that your cup never overflows, and are not bringing the full renourishment that lands you soundly home in yourSelf, your center, your balance.

✥ you are experiencing stuckness, uncertainty, depletion, a health challenge, anxiety, or depression. Maybe you’re holding your struggle quietly— it may have become your normal baseline, as you continue to push on, being there for others, for work, for the day to day, while not receiving enough for yourself.

✥ too often you just don’t quite feel like yourself, or feel like something’s off. There may be an undertone of anxiety, stress, tension, and inability to unplug, even in your downtime.

✥ you have physical symptoms such as digestion issues, fatigue, or an acute or chronic health diagnosis for which you’d love some healing support.

Sanctuary is available to women locally and who live elsewhere. Your journey begins with a call to explore what’s alive for you, what feels challenging, and your hopes and dreams for yourself. We then begin designing your program. Foundational to Sanctuary is regular one-on-one energy healing sessions and intuitive insights. Our work may also include deeper intuitive reading, Soul Alignment, mentoring, psychosynthesis, meditation, mudra sequences, and group session opportunities.

This program is grounded in re-nourishment, revitalization, and reconnection with yourSelf, your wholeness and your essence. It is very possible to experience greater balance, health, inner peace, rootedness, vitality, and clarity. Return home to yourSelf, your sacred connection, your wise intuitive self, and have tools to stay connected to her.

This is a space for you to feel held- a place of retreat, nourishment, refuge, renewal, and healing. I’ve created this program to deeply support you.
