Session 1:
This session invites an experience of deep nourishment for your Heart, a safe opening of the intuitive Heart space, and leaves you with tools you may continue to work with.
What’s the state of your Heart right now? What’s honestly there? Let’s hold space for that, then nurture and open the wise beautiful essence of your unique Heart. During this session, we discuss the Heart Chakra itself, research about the Heart, and then enter a gentle guided Heart meditation connection.
You will be guided to access your own unique Heart image, symbol and/or affirmation that you will deepen in relationship with before Session 2.

Session 2:
Intuitive Imagery & Mudras. During this session, we will build on our previous time together. We will explore further the healing power of imagery and practice utilizing symbol and imagery for healing, insight, and intuitive guidance (clairvoyance!). You will also learn a beautiful mudra practice (sacred hand postures) for the Heart, that we will practice together. The imagery and mudras become potent resources you can return to again and again to reconnect, nourish and tonify your Heart.

Session 3:
Group energy healing. March 21st at 11am MST. I will send you a code to access that event if you purchased this series by March 20th. Otherwise you will be able to watch the recording. Even if you weren’t there ‘live’ , watching the group healing is still a beneficial receiving.
